Our 9 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy. It is an incurable disease but we wanted to make Saydee more comfortable so we bought the boots. They really stay on and keep her dragging feet from being injured. They really help her get up and be stabilized. She just hops around outside like a rabbit since she got her boots. Thanks for a quality product.

I just received these boots for my shepherd mix, who is almost 14 years old and is falling down on our hardwood floors. She is VERY sensitive about her feet, whimpering every time I even try to dry them off after being out side (forget about trying to de-mud her feet!) Although she initially put up a little resistance to getting the first boot on, after she had it on for a minute, she was very easy to outfit with the other three boots. And what a difference they have made for her!! We have a 9-month-old lab pup who used to bump up against her during play, sending her sprawling, but the boots have enabled her to remain upright, and even give it right back to him! She wore the boots for about an hour the first day, and never tried to get them off of her feet, which tells me they must be comfortable for her to wear. This morning, it was no problem putting them on! She did march around lifting her feet high in the air for the first 15 minutes or so of wearing the boots, but after that, she walked normally, and this morning, no prancing at all. I can't say how the boots will perform outdoors, since I bought them primarily for indoor use, but even if I have to replace them every now and then, they are worth it to keep my sweet dog from falling down. I highly recommend these boots.
