Composed of a combination of highly antigenic, attenuated virus strains and Leptospira canicola and L.icterohemorrhagiae bacterin. This vaccine aids in the immunization of healthy, susceptible dogs against disease caused by canine distemper, hepatitis (CAV-1), adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus, Leptospira canicola and L.icterohemorrhagiae.
Directions:
Inject 1 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly as early as 9 weeks of age.
Repeat every 3 to 4 weeks until 14 to 16 weeks of age.
Dogs over 14 weeks of age inject 2 doses 3 to 4 weeks apart. Annual revaccination recommmended.
Quantity: Single dose package with syringe.
Do not vaccinate pregnant bitches.

Canine Distemper-Hepatitis-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine, Modified Live Virus-Leptospira Bacterin Description: Solo-Jec-7 vaccine is a combination of antigenic, attenuated strains of Canine Distemper, Canine Parainfluenza, Canine Hepatitis and Parvovirus propagated in cell line tissue cultures. The liquid diluent is Parvovirus Vaccine-Leptospira canicola-icterohaemorrhagiae Bacterin. The CD Virus fraction has been proven safe and non-shedding when injected into susceptible dogs. The infectious Canine Hepatitis (CAV-1) fraction cross protects against respiratory disease caused by CAV-2.
Preservatives: Gentamicin and a fungistat.
Indications: For the vaccination of healthy , susceptible dogs against disease caused by canine distemper, hepatitis (canine adenovirus type 1), canine adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus, Leptospira canicola and L. icterohaemorrhagiae. Bacterin. Shake well and use entire contents when first opened.
Instructions: Read the carton information carefully.
Always use care when handling he dog and provide proper restraint when vaccinating.
Prepare the vaccine by injecting the liquid diluent into the vial containing the vaccine cake.
Shake well. Remove the entire contents back into the syringe. Push out air trapped in syringe.
To give subcutaneously, inject under loose skin (back of neck or behind front leg) or to give IM, inject into the muscle of the hind limb.
Do not vaccinate into blood vessels. If blood enters the syringe freely or when the plunger is pulled back slightly, choose another injection site.
Dosage: Using aseptic technique, inject 1 mL intramuscularly or subcutaneously. Repeat the dosage in 3 to 4 weeks. Annual vaccination with a single dose is recommended. Puppies vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated at 3 to 4 weeks intervals until 14 to 16 weeks of age. Regardless of age, all dogs should receive 2 doses of vaccine in order to ensure adequate levels of immunity against canine parainfluenza and parvovirus.
Precaution(s): Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 35-45F (2-7C). Avoid freezing, Burn containers and all unused contents.
Caution(s): Do not vaccinate pregnant animals. Under no circumstances is this product recommended for use in the ferrets or mink. An occasional transitory corneal opacity may occur following administration of the vaccine. This will disappear without untoward effect on the animal. Protective immunity may not be established in all puppies vaccinated at less than 16 weeks of age because of maternal antibody interference. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
Presentation: 1 dose (1 mL) with syringe and 25 x 1 dose (1 mL) without syringes.
